Chef "Moe" has over 25 years of vast cuisine experience and knowledge not only in many cuisines, but dietary, and allergens. Maurice Larimer has appeared on Bravo TV as a Top Chef QuickFire Champion, taken 2nd and 4th in the WORLD with our BBQ sauce (The American Royal..."World Series of Bbq"), Sysco Iron Chef Winner most importantly was a part of the world's largest wood fired BBQ in TwentyNine Palms, California for over 13,000 Marines and their family members!
